OKO Group Unveils Lilli, a 53-Story Luxury Tower on Miami's Biscayne Bay

The OKO Group, under the leadership of Vlad Doronin, owner and CEO of Aman, has introduced Lilli, a 53-story residential tower situated in Miami's Edgewater area. The design, crafted by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture—famous for the Burj Khalifa in Dubai—will consist of 117 residences, ranging from one-bedroom units to expansive penthouses of up to 7,000 square feet, with prices beginning at $1.65 million. Located at 717 Northeast 27th Street along Biscayne Bay, the tower boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, large terraces, and ceiling heights reaching 12 feet. Its amenities are centered around four themes: movement, recovery, nourishment, and connection, featuring a waterfront garden, infrared saunas, cold plunge pools, and a rooftop saltwater pool. A lifestyle and wellness director will manage programs aimed at enhancing longevity. Residents will enjoy direct access to the Baywalk, placing them close to the Design District, Wynwood, and various cultural venues. This development adds to OKO Group's portfolio, which includes Una Residences in Miami, Aman New York, and Aman Beverly Hills.
