Office Project Room: Francesco Macchi's Milanese Space Fosters Artistic Dialogue
In March 2018, Francesco Macchi, an alumnus of Bocconi, established Office Project Room in Milan, close to Porta Romana. This venue fosters connections between emerging and established artists through exhibitions centered on dialogue. The inaugural exhibition showcased the works of Francesco Bertocco and David Simpson. It features a garden dedicated to annual projects, with Irene Coppola's installation on display until September 2019. Collaborating with PHROOM, Office Project Room presents exhibitions, including Gloria Pasotti's, curated by Elio Grazioli. Macchi's artistic passion was shaped by his father and significant figures like Orio Vergani, Matteo Cremonesi, Letizia Cariello, and Paolo Vicentini. An upcoming exhibition will highlight the Ukrainian duo Synchrodogs, as Macchi strives to uphold the project's scale and quality.
