architecture-design · 2026-05-01

The headquarters of Radio Télévision Suisse (RTS), crafted by OFFICE Kersten Geers David Van Severen, was finalized in 2025, located on the EPFL and UNIL university campus in Switzerland. This 40,000 m² structure is positioned adjacent to the Learning Centre along the shores of Lake Geneva. It serves dual purposes as a broadcasting hub and a public space featuring educational and research amenities, designed to merge technical excellence with community engagement. Hadir Al Koshta curated the project, while Bas Princen provided photography. Architectural collaboration involved Fehlmann Architectes, landscape architecture by Bureau Bas Smets and Jeroen Provoost, and various engineering firms, including Bollinger+Grohmann and Ingeni SA for structural engineering, among others.
