In 2025, architects Modulito Estudio and atelier industrial finalized a 36 m² office situated above a historic wine pool constructed from reinforced concrete in San Rafael, Argentina. This new addition introduces a volume characterized by contrasting material textures, aligning with the industrial principles of the area. Valentina Díaz oversaw the design, while Luis Abba provided the photography. The project was developed by a team consisting of Greta Nirich, Pablo Santos, and Marcos Garbin.
