Objkt.one Launches as NFT Marketplace on Tezos Blockchain at Art Dubai
During Art Dubai, which took place from March 1 to 5, 2023, Objkt.one debuted as a new NFT marketplace dedicated to limited edition 1/1 digital artworks on the Tezos blockchain. This platform employs peer-to-peer validation and aspires to become the go-to marketplace for distinctive pieces within the Tezos art community. A curatorial team selects artists through a whitelist process. The first NFT drop, curated by Fakewhale in partnership with Objkt.com and Valuart, showcased talents such as Mimmo Dabbrescia and Jesse Draxler. CEO Brian Mc Alister highlighted the importance of cultural diversity and community. Objkt.com emerged after the 2021 closure of Hic et Nunc and has grown to be the largest platform in the Tezos ecosystem, attracting around ten thousand active daily collectors.
