November 2024's Essential Exhibitions Span Global Art Scenes
November 2024 will witness notable exhibitions around the world. On November 9, the Kamigaku Ensemble will showcase Catherine Christer Hennix's final piece, Kamigaku, at Performance Space New York. In São Paulo, Casa do Povo is hosting Arquivo Queer Br until November 16, featuring LGBTQ+ materials curated by Angel Natan and Matheus dos Reis. From November 9 to March 23, 2025, MCA Chicago will exhibit The Living End: Painting and Other Technologies, 1970–2020. In Cape Town, Zeitz MOCAA will present Rita Mawuena Benissan: One Must Be Seated from November 13 to October 5, 2025. Mathaf in Doha will display Seeing is Believing until February 22, 2025, while Chisenhale Gallery in London will feature Bruno Zhu: License to Live from November 22 to February 2, 2025. Jhaveri Contemporary in Mumbai will exhibit Prabhavathi Meppayil from November 12 to December 21, and Palazzo Contarini Polignac in Venice will host SOUTH WEST BANK until November 24. The Bangkok Art Biennale will continue until February 25, 2025, and Artizon Museum in Tokyo will present Jam Session from November 2 to February 9, 2025.
