Novembre 2016: Eventi Artistici in Asia e Oltre - Bienniali, Fiere e Mostre Personali
Nel novembre 2016, un'ondata di eventi artistici si dispiega sia in Asia che in tutto il mondo. L'11a Biennale di Shanghai, curata dal Raqs Media Collective, è in programma dal 12 novembre al 12 marzo al Power Station of Art, con 92 artisti provenienti da 40 nazioni. Lo stesso giorno, si apre il terzo Festival Internazionale d'Arte di Nanjing al Baijia Lake Museum, che espone oltre 400 opere di 315 artisti. Inoltre, la Colombo Art Biennale 2016 si svolge dal 2 al 20 dicembre, presentando 40 artisti. Shanghai ospita anche Art 021 (10-13 novembre) e West Bund Art & Design (9-13 novembre), con importanti mostre come quella di Alex Katz al West Bund e di Guan Xiao al Chi K11. La Kochi-Muziris Biennale è prevista dal 12 dicembre al 29 marzo.
