festival-fair · 2026-04-22

Noor Riyadh has announced that its 2025 festival will feature 59 artists from 24 countries, displaying 60 artworks, including over 35 new commissions. This event is set for November 20 to December 6, 2025, supported by the Royal Commission for Riyadh City and Riyadh Art. The theme, 'In the Blink of an Eye,' highlights the rapid transformations in Riyadh. Curators Mami Kataoka from the Mori Art Museum, Sara Almutlaq, and Li Zhenhua from Beijing Art Lab will manage the festival across six locations, such as Qasr Al Hokm District and Al Faisaliah Tower. A special tribute will honor Safeya Binzagr (1940–2024), the first Saudi woman to have a solo exhibition in 1968. Festival Director Nouf Almoneef stated that 'Noor Riyadh is defined by its artists.' Since its inception, Riyadh Art has showcased over 550 artworks from 500 artists and attracted more than 9.6 million visitors.
