The fourth edition of Noor Riyadh wrapped up on December 14, 2024, with Dr. Effat Fadag and Alfredo Cramerotti as curators, under the theme 'Light Years Apart'. The event showcased approximately 60 pieces from 18 Saudi and 43 international artists across three venues. It set two new Guinness World Records, increasing the total to 14. Chris Levine's 'Higher Power' achieved the record for Longest Distance Covered by a Laser Light, while Rashed Al-Shashai's 'The Fifth Pyramid' was recognized for the Largest Illuminated Recyclable Material Sculpture. The festival emphasized community programming and featured installations focused on environmental issues, including technological works like Yann Nguema's 'The Well of Life' and VOUW's 'Chairwave'.
