Nomas Foundation Celebrates 10 Years with Group Exhibition by Italian Artists
Nomas Foundation in Rome marks its tenth anniversary with the group show 'Per andare dove dobbiamo andare, per dove dobbiamo andare?' featuring Gabriele De Santis, Alek O., and Santo Tolone. Founded in 2008 by collectors Stefano and Raffaella Sciarretta, the foundation supports contemporary art through exhibitions, seminars, residencies, and educational programs. The exhibition, running from May 16 to September 7, transforms the space into a segmented environment with secret passages, hosting seminars, performances, lectures, and screenings open to all. Director Raffaella Frascarelli highlights the foundation's role in fostering a generation of Italian artists and building a cultural community. Future plans include a new research unit in 'Sociological Aesthetics' with Sapienza University of Rome's Department of Social and Economic Sciences, continuing the foundation's interdisciplinary approach.
