Nomad Fair to Launch in Venice During 2019 Biennale

The Nomad art and design fair's second edition is set to take place from February 7 to 11, 2019, at Chesa Planta in Samedan, Switzerland. Established by Giorgio Pace and Nicolas Bellavance-Lecompte, this event showcases 25 galleries within the rooms of a historic manor. Following this, the next Nomad will occur at Palazzo Soranzo Van Axel in Venice from September 5 to 8, 2019, coinciding with the 58th Venice Biennale. Notable participating galleries include Massimo De Carlo, Galleria Blancheart, Paola Colombari, and Giustini Stagetti. A highlight is a special project by Yoox featuring Rob Pruitt's Migration Moving Blanket. Additionally, a talk program on February 9–10 will feature speakers like Rob Pruitt and Matali Crasset, curated by Paola Nicolin.
