Nobu Hospitality's First Miami Condo 619 Brickell to Focus on Longevity and Biohacking
Nobu Hospitality has unveiled its inaugural condominium venture in Miami, named 619 Brickell. This 75-story structure is being developed by 13th Floor Investments alongside Key International. The design, created by Foster + Partners in partnership with Sieger-Suarez Architects, aims for completion by 2031 and will feature around 300 residences and 90,000 square feet of communal areas. A budget of approximately $25 million is set aside for wellness initiatives focused on longevity and biohacking, which will include a Nobu Wellness & Longevity spa offering cryotherapy chambers and hyperbaric oxygen suites. Additional amenities encompass an 86-foot sunset pool, plunge pools, and sports simulators. Residences will vary from one to four bedrooms, with prices ranging from $3 million to $60 million. Sales are anticipated to commence in June through Key International and ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. This project follows Nobu's sales launch for the Beach Club in Barbuda last October.
