Nico Vascellari's Scholomance at Palais de Tokyo
Nico Vascellari, who hails from Vittorio Veneto and was born in 1976, is presenting his installation, Scholomance, at the Palais de Tokyo in Paris. This artwork reinterprets a mystical forest linked to the origins of occult traditions. Collaborating with a range of artists like Carlos Casas, Franck Audoux, and Delfina Delettrez, Vascellari’s installation will also be featured at the sixth Live Arts Week in Bologna on April 27. It combines various environments and industrial components, enhanced by video and sculpture. The concept includes aluminum sculptures and uniquely arranged tubes. At Palais de Tokyo, the design reflects the Scorpion constellation, with surveillance cameras recording performances to create a layered audiovisual experience. The Live Arts Week will later present footage from this event, with more updates to come.
