Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds announce only UK 2026 show in Brighton

On Friday, July 31, 2026, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds will host a special concert at Preston Park in Brighton, marking their only performance in the UK for the year. The lineup includes supporting acts such as The Flaming Lips, English Teacher, Cate Le Bon, and Warmduscher. This event comes after the success of their critically acclaimed album, Wild God (2025), which reached the UK top 10, and a sold-out European tour in 2024. Attendees can purchase a limited edition 10-inch Jubilee Street picture disc, featuring both the original and a new live version from the Wild God tour, available at the show and at Resident record store starting 9 AM on July 30. From July 30 to August 2, the band will also host a merchandise pop-up and a special post box for fan letters to Cave's The Red Hand Files at Resident. Additionally, Cave will present a series of film screenings at Brighton's Duke of York's Cinema, showcasing five films that have influenced his songwriting, each accompanied by a recorded introduction from him. Cave describes this event as a homecoming, reflecting his deep connection to Brighton, where he resides.
