New Museum Restaurants Open at Palazzo Massimo and Galleria Borghese in Rome
Two new dining establishments have been introduced at prominent museums in Rome to improve visitor services. Caffetteria Massimo at Palazzo Massimo has been revamped by the Camst Group, unveiling Livia, named in honor of Emperor Augustus's spouse. The café opens its doors at 7 AM, offering breakfast and bistro-style meals, while Livia provides dinner and aperitivo on a terrace, under the direction of Chef Fulvio Penta. Meanwhile, Galleria Borghese has transformed its basement to include a new restaurant, Molto, in addition to an existing café, both operated by Lorenzo Bassetti's Molto Italiano. Molto is open from 9 AM to 7 PM and features takeaway options, including focacce, maritozzi, and hot dishes. Other notable museum eateries in Italy are also highlighted.
