New Galleria Civica in Casalciprano and Pino Settanni Show in Potenza for Long Weekend
Southern Italy is set to host a pair of art exhibitions beginning this weekend. In Casalciprano, the Galleria Civica d'Arte Contemporanea, Montalbò Contemporanea, will open its doors on April 23 at 6 PM, showcasing large scale murals created by six Roman artists in 2010. Curated by Lorenzo Canova and his colleagues, the exhibition marks a collaboration between the local municipality and the University of Molise. Concurrently, Potenza will feature "Pino Settanni – Il colore è luce" at the Pinacoteca Provinciale, displaying 46 works from April 23 to June 5, while Laterza's Palazzo Marchesale will continue the SonORa project, revitalizing historic venues.
