Neri&Hu Unveils Monogram New York Luxury Tower

architecture-design · 2026-04-28

So, Neri&Hu Design and Research Office, which was started in 2004 by Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu, just revealed a new luxury condo called Monogram New York in Manhattan. This impressive 35-story building draws inspiration from Art Deco. As the main interior designers, they created spaces like the lobby, lounge, rooftop bar, private dining areas, a library, meeting rooms, and a wellness level with a gym and spa, plus all the bathrooms and kitchens in the units, all featuring a complete furniture package. They've worked on projects like The Lake Como Edition hotel and have ongoing work in places like Utah, Dubai, and Seoul. They also presented new designs at Milan Design Week for several brands. Their first major project was the Waterhouse in Shanghai, which redefined traditional long-tang lanes.
