Neighborhood Watch Fair Draws Collectors to Downtown LA
The Neighborhood Watch Fair, organized by Jarrod Cooper of the Neighborhood Watch Club, took place at Bike Shed Moto Co. in Downtown Los Angeles, featuring 13 exhibiting brands. Independent maker Pragma debuted a new P1 Perseverance model with a silver obsidian dial, priced at 34,500 Swiss francs for steel and 53,810 for rose gold, set to launch at London Watch Week. Founder Christopher Wegener emphasized transparency and Swiss craftsmanship. Horology by the Sea dealer Brandon Skinner showcased the $17,800 Montpelier watch by 1776 Atelier, an American brand founded by Jason Lu. Vintage offerings included a 1978 Rolex Ref. 1530 and a Patek Philippe Ref. 570 for $37,500 from Craft & Tailored. Magician Morgan King displayed rare watches: a Rolex Double Red Sea-Dweller 1665 MK0 prototype and an Omega Speedmaster Ultraman. The fair also featured engraver Artur Akmaev, cutlery brand Fell Knives, and luxury cars. Cooper plans to hold two fairs in LA this year and expand to other states.
