Neem Tree House by DADA Partners Wraps Around Ancient Trees in India

architecture-design · 2026-04-28

DADA Partners has designed the Neem Tree House, a 9000 ft² residence in an otherworldly landscape filled with mature Neem trees. The house snakes along the trees in a serrated C-shaped configuration, paying homage to the near blackened gnarly trunks and bright green canopy. Lead architect Mukul Arora led the project with a design team including Vanshika Bharaj and Paras Girdhar. Interior design was handled by Chandni Gupta Garg, landscape architecture by LOCI landscape, and structural engineering by P.Arora & Associates. General contractor was Chandan Sawhney. The project is set for completion in 2026. Photographs are by Ranjan Sharma / Lightzone India. Manufacturers include Formforge and IDUS.
