Nature Speaks: Gottwald and Shaw at Tuggeranong Arts Centre

Tuggeranong Arts Centre in the Australian Capital Territory presents 'Nature Speaks', a dual exhibition featuring Vladimir Gottwald's naturally sculpted black limestone and Kate Shaw's large-scale drawing. Gottwald sourced his stones near Burrinjuck Dam, New South Wales, selecting pieces that evoke human and animal forms and emotional expressions. Shaw's five-metre-long work, 'Lifelines and Detours' (2026), executed in graphite and pigment on paper, responds to the environment, the building, and the community space. The exhibition runs from 17 April to 13 June 2026.
