Nataly Maier's Chromatic Inlays at Galleria Artesilva, Seregno

exhibition · 2026-05-05

Nataly Maier, born in Munich in 1957, presents her new series 'Cromatismi fluttuanti' at Galleria Artesilva in Seregno. The works are small-scale pieces arranged in installative supports, creating a meta-real combination where individual pieces lose their boundaries and gain new chromatic meanings and musicality. Maier, who previously transformed photography into photosculture, now proposes 'pittoscultura' where iron supports become moving objects merging with colors. In large works like 'Tonalità elettive', she explores color relationships with delicate and vivid hues, maintaining a sense of lightness. The exhibition is reviewed by Francesca Baboni.
