Nat Pavlovic releases album Big Heart, discusses musical journey and upcoming Record Store Day launch

publication · 2026-04-21

Musician Nat Pavlovic has released her new album Big Heart, featuring the track "You're Good (feat. Buffy Duffy)" which she originally wrote nearly a decade ago. The album launch will take place at Rocksteady Records in Melbourne CBD on Record Store Day, with multiple bands performing. Pavlovic's label Blossom Rot Records recently released Mega Fäuna's first full-length vinyl album. Her musical journey began with childhood memories of listening to her parents' record collection, including The Beatles' White Album and Neil Young's Harvest Moon, alongside her Spice Girls "Stop" single CD. At age seven, she drew herself performing on stage with her full name Nathalie in lights. Pavlovic's first live performance occurred at 17 during a "Blues and Roots" night in Perth/Boorloo. Her most recent show was at Northcote Social Club in Melbourne/Naarm as part of the Social Sanctuary Monday night series. The song "Lucky" was inspired by her friend Emma Russack, reflecting on forming meaningful friendships later in life. Beyond music, Pavlovic recently learned crochet over summer. She typically hugs her band members before taking the stage.
