Narni Città Teatro 2025 introduces visual arts program with Adrian Paci and Rohingya photo exhibition
The sixth Narni Città Teatro, a multidisciplinary festival set in Narni, Italy, will take place from June 6 to 8, 2025, featuring a visual arts segment curated by Antonella Liuzzi. This new addition will showcase exhibitions, performances, and discussions centered on themes of resilience and exile. The overarching theme for the festival is "Giocare la vita" (Playing life). Kicking off on June 6, Albanian artist Adrian Paci will present video performances including The Encounter (2011), Prova (2019), and Vajtojca (2002). Additionally, Paci's interactive performance Chords and the photographic exhibition "Oltre quel confine è la mia casa," curated by Shafiur Rahman, will highlight images of Rohingya refugees. Artistic directors Davide Sacco and Francesco Montanari are committed to a three-year investigation into the human experience through visual arts.
