Naples' Ponticelli social garden becomes Parco Letterario Lilliput
Established in 2015 by ASL Napoli 1 Centro, the urban social garden in Ponticelli, Naples, transformed a neglected section of Parco comunale fratelli De Filippo into a rehabilitation area for the Lilliput Day Center. Boasting over 200 cultivated terraces, it has emerged as a crucial social gathering place. Recently, the Parco Letterario Lilliput was launched by the social cooperative Sepofà, with notable attendees including Sergio Costa, Chiara Marciani, and Gianluca Guida. Individuals from Lilliput, who have faced addiction challenges, worked alongside artists to share their stories. The park features ten installations resulting from workshops and a masterclass. Deborah Divertito described it as "an oasis of pure beauty," highlighting the significance of community involvement.
