Nao Tamura debuts new works at Milan Design Week 2026
Nao Tamura, a designer who navigates the realms of Japanese and New York cultures, is set to unveil several new creations at Milan Design Week 2026. At Established & Sons, her portable 'Tiki' lamps will be showcased in a variety of colors, ranging from sunshine yellow to pebble grey, alongside the oval-topped 'Fez' tables. Additionally, she will introduce the 'Ryo' bookcase for Porro. Tamura was the recipient of the first SaloneSatellite Award in 2010 during Salone del Mobile. Her work delves into themes of balance, interconnection, and transitional spaces, drawing inspiration from Japanese ideas such as 'ma' (間) and 'yohaku' (余白).
