Nan Goldin's Major UK Exhibition at Hayward Gallery Debuts New Moving-Image Works
On 24 November 2026, the Hayward Gallery in London will unveil Nan Goldin's first significant exhibition in the UK in more than two decades, running until 7 March 2027. This event is part of the Southbank Centre's 75th anniversary celebration and will showcase new pieces, including the world premiere of 'You Never Did Anything Wrong, Part II' (2026), created in collaboration with filmmaker David Sherman and composer Mica Levi. The exhibition will also mark the UK debut of 'Stendhal Syndrome' (2024) and 'Memory Lost' (2019–2021), which is linked to Goldin's activist group P.A.I.N. Designed by architect Hala Wardé, it will feature immersive installations and new photographs. Goldin, a prominent American photographer, has been an advocate for Palestine for over fifty years.
