NaLata Festival inaugurates São Paulo's largest open-air graffiti museum with 15 artists

festival-fair · 2026-04-23

On August 20, the NaLata International Urban Art Festival will present 3,689 square meters of artistic works in São Paulo. Twelve murals will be crafted by fifteen artists, including Marcelo Eco, Alex Senna, and Colombian Gleo, at Largo da Batata. Although some in-person activities were deferred to 2021 due to social distancing, this year will still see art displayed on building exteriors. Luan Barbosa, the curator, highlighted the need to rejuvenate public areas after isolation. Organized by Agência InHaus and curated by Luan Cardoso, the festival aspires to establish Brazil's largest free-access open-air graffiti museum. Workshops and projections have also been postponed to 2021, with Enivo's mural featuring a Brazilian flag inscribed with 'new time.'
