Naïve Raises $28.5M to Automate Company Setup and AI Agent Infrastructure

Naïve, a startup offering infrastructure for AI agents to automate business operations, has raised $28.5 million in Series A funding led by Nexus Venture Partners, with participation from Y Combinator, Zetta, Liquid 2, and angel investors including Gokul Rajaram, Tim Zheng, and JD Sherman. The company, founded by CEO Sean Dorje, has signed up over 30,000 developer customers within months of launch and scaled annual run-rate revenue to the low double-digit millions, a 10x increase over six months. Naïve's platform provides a single API to provision payments, email, phone numbers, cloud infrastructure, storage, and company incorporation, enabling AI agents to set up and run businesses, including forming U.S. LLCs, with human oversight for KYC/KYB and payments. Customers use Naïve to run autonomous businesses like AI automation agencies, faceless TikTok and YouTube channels, and even a rental car agency. The new capital will fund development of infrastructure to optimize AI agent efficiency, including a model router, memory system, orchestrator, and a serverless runtime that runs agents in lightweight JavaScript environments. Dorje noted that inference cost optimization is a fast-growing demand area, with enterprise interest emerging. The company currently has 10 employees and plans to hire researchers. Total capital raised is approximately $32 million.
