NADA to Launch New Art Fair in Paris in October 2024

festival-fair · 2026-04-26

The New Art Dealers Alliance (NADA), a non-profit collective founded in 2002 to support contemporary art professionals, will debut a new art fair in Paris in autumn 2024. Titled The Salon by NADA and The Community, the fair will run from October 17 to 20 in the 10th arrondissement, with the exact venue to be announced later. It will serve as a satellite event to Paris+ by Art Basel. The fair will feature around 50 exhibitors, a smaller scale than NADA's US events, and will adopt an unconventional, 'punk rock' layout developed in collaboration with The Community, a multidisciplinary art institution founded in 2016 in Pantin, a Paris suburb. The Community previously organized an alternative fair called Salon de Normandy in 2019 and 2020. NADA's executive director Heather Hubbs stated that the organization had long considered expanding beyond the US, evaluating Asian and Latin American markets before choosing Europe and Paris. Before the Paris debut, NADA will hold its 10th edition of NADA New York from May 2 to 5, 2024, in West Chelsea, featuring 92 galleries from 15 countries and 31 cities. NADA Miami will follow from December 3 to 7 at the Ice Palace Studios during Miami Art Week.
