Muna's worst gig: a howling disaster at a dog adoption festival

LA pop trio Muna recounts their worst-ever gig: a disastrous acoustic set at Pet-A-Palooza, a Las Vegas dog adoption festival, early in their career. The band, exhausted from an overnight flight from London and sick, faced guitar feedback that caused the dogs to howl throughout the performance. The album also includes songs about desire and LA hipster culture, such as "Eastside Girls." Muna's Gets So Hot Tour hits the UK this November, marking their biggest venues to date. The band reflects on the expansion of queer pop into the mainstream, with artists like Chappell Roan and Troye Sivan achieving crossover success, while emphasizing their desire for their music to be seen as universal human experiences.
