Stephen Haller Gallery at 542 West 26th Street presents "Nobu Fukui" through May 18. Ameringer Yohe on 20 West 57th Street features "Alexander Liberman: No Regrets" until April 24. C & M Arts at 45 East 78th Street hosts "Picasso: The Classical Period" through December 5, 2003. Lawrence Markey Gallery on 42 East 76th Street exhibits "Al Taylor: Wire Instruments, 1989-90" from November 13 to December 20. Matthew Marks Gallery presents two Ellsworth Kelly shows: "Matrix" at 523 West 24th Street and 522 West 22nd Street, and "Self-Portrait Drawings 1944-1992" at 529 West 21st Street through June 28. Paul Kasmin Gallery at 293 Tenth Avenue shows "Frank Stella: Recent Work" until June 28. Suzan Frecon's paintings are on view at Lawrence Markey Gallery.
