Several New York galleries are presenting concurrent exhibitions through late November. Margaret Thatcher Projects is showing William Steiger's work and also hosts "Markus Linnenbrink: The Beauty You Are" until November 29 at their 511 W. 25th Street location. Ameringer Yohe Fine Art presents "Kenneth Noland: Contrapuntal" through November 22 at 20 W. 57th Street. Additional exhibitions include David Adamo at both Peter Freeman, Inc and Untitled Gallery, Anna Betbeze at Kate Werble, Matthew Day Jackson at Hauser & Wirth, and Nan Swid at Margaret Thatcher Projects. "The Sentimental Favorite: abstract painting" features works by Elsbeth Deser, Iva Gueorguieva, Frederick Hayes, and Mark Takamichi. Van Wieren's artistic style enables multiple interpretations of her creations.
