Mudec Milano Fall 2024: Niki de Saint Phalle, Dubuffet, and Major Art Awards
Mudec in Milan has unveiled its lineup for the autumn 2024 season, which includes five distinct exhibitions. The first Italian retrospective of Niki de Saint Phalle will take place from October 5 to February 16, 2025, featuring 110 pieces and curated by Lucia Pesapane. Simultaneously, 'Dubuffet e l’Art Brut,' curated by Sarah Lombardi and Anic Zanzi, will showcase over 70 outsider art works from October 2 to February 16, 2025. Additionally, 'Guaymallén' by La Chola Poblete will run from September 13 to October 20, 2024, focusing on postcolonial themes. The Deloitte Photo Grant exhibition, highlighting 'Possibilities' and Fernanda Liberti's 'Dust From Home,' is scheduled for November 7 to December 15, 2024. A site-specific installation will precede the 'Travelogue' exhibition opening in March 2025.
