MrBeast's Company Sued for Sexual Harassment by Ex-Employee

Lorrayne Mavromatis, a former executive at Beast Industries, has filed a lawsuit against the company and its founder, YouTuber Jimmy Donaldson (MrBeast), alleging sexual harassment, gender bias, and retaliation. Mavromatis worked at Beast Industries from 2022 to 2025, initially as head of Instagram before being promoted. She claims that sexual harassment of female employees was "condoned" by supervisors and that she was treated differently than male counterparts. In one instance, she alleges former CEO James Warren told her that Donaldson avoided working with her because her appearance had a "sexual effect" on him. After complaining, she says she was demoted to a role known as "where careers go to die" and fired less than three weeks after returning from pregnancy-related leave. Beast Industries has denied the allegations, calling them "categorically false" and a "clout-chasing complaint," and claims to have evidence refuting the claims. Mavromatis seeks lost wages, benefits, reinstatement, and damages. MrBeast, with over 470 million subscribers, has faced previous legal issues, including allegations of contestant exploitation on his show Beast Games and a grooming accusation against a former co-host, both of which he denied.
