MÒSHÌ: Design brand rooted in Ciociaria's craft tradition
MÒSHÌ is a new design brand based in Frosinone, Ciociaria, Italy, founded by Paolo Emilio Bellisario, partner at NINE associati. The name is a dialectal expression meaning 'Adesso sì!' and an acronym for Modus Operandi Of Sharing Identity. The project aims to reconnect local artisanal traditions with a broader distribution network, creating contemporary objects inspired by local techniques and materials. It is promoted by ASPIIN, the Special Agency for Internationalization and Innovation of the Frosinone Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with NINE associati. Designer Giulio Iacchetti is involved, and Iam Edizioni will produce a guide to the territory. MÒSHÌ plans to sell products via e-commerce and physical stores in Italy (North, Center, South) and internationally (New York, London, Shanghai, or Dubai). The brand focuses on four plus one production lines: terracotta for cannata, leather for shoes (ciocia), wood for lutherie and zampogne, copper for conche, and artistic bells from Arpino.
