Mordecai by Ludovico Bruno dresses Dargen D'Amico at Sanremo 2026

At the 2026 Sanremo Festival, singer Dargen D'Amico wears looks by Mordecai, an independent menswear brand founded in Milan in 2022 by Ludovico Bruno. Bruno previously worked at Moncler on Gamme Bleu and Gamme Rouge lines and as director of the Genius project. Mordecai's philosophy blends sportswear, workwear, tailoring, and utility references into hybrid, functional garments described as "techno-chic." The brand debuted with spring/summer 2024 and its fall/winter 2026-2027 collection draws nomadic inspiration from Mongolia, featuring modular outerwear in beige, mud, black, and deep blue. Mordecai is produced in Italy through a collaboration between Bruno, showroom Riccardo Grassi, and Tuscan manufacturer Hostage. The brand now sells in over 60 multi-brand boutiques worldwide, including Paris, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Los Angeles, with a dedicated corner at Bergdorf Goodman in New York. At Sanremo, Dargen D'Amico's styling is handled by celebrity stylist Rebecca Baglini, founder of StyledByMe, and incorporates cultural references including Pinocchio.
