Montblanc Launches Second Chapter of '100 Years of Meisterstück' Campaign with New Visuals

other · 2026-04-22

Montblanc has unveiled the second chapter of its '100 Years of Meisterstück' anniversary campaign, following the initial launch in May. The new campaign visuals, photographed by Charlie Gray, return to the fictional Montblanc Headquarters at the peak of Mont Blanc mountain. Familiar faces reappear, including actors Rupert Friend, Jason Schwartzman, and Wes Anderson, who directed the first chapter's short film. Korean actor Lee Jinuk, Chinese actor Jing Boran, and Indian-American actor Waris Ahluwalia also feature. The campaign highlights the Meisterstück writing instrument, introduced in 1924 and originally intended for special occasions. Its design includes the number 4810 engraved on the nib, referencing the height of Mont Blanc in meters. The visuals also showcase Montblanc's Extreme 3.0 leather collection in a new lavender-grey color, featuring the M LOCK 4810 closure inspired by mountaineering gear. Items like the Extreme 3.0 Backpack and Sling Bag are displayed. The Meisterstück, meaning 'masterpiece' in German, is celebrated for its craftsmanship and enduring appeal among writers and influential figures.
