Mondrian Estate Partners with Doodles for NFT Collection

The estate of Piet Mondrian has collaborated with web3 company Doodles to release a series of digital collectibles on OpenSea, starting June 3. Five of Mondrian's works were remixed with pastel colors and cartoon characters, including Doodle #6914, which sold for $1.1 million in early 2022. The collection includes blind boxes with all five compositions and limited editions with physical prints. Doodles, launched by Scott Martin in 2021, has seen its floor price drop over 95% from its peak. Trustee Madalena Holtzman expressed excitement about engaging younger audiences through this partnership.
