Mole Antonelliana transformed into open-air cinema with drone and video-mapping spectacle
On June 24, the Mole Antonelliana in Turin unveiled an open-air cinema featuring a video-mapping performance directed by Donato Sansone. This 20-minute show is scheduled to take place every night from 9:00 PM to 11:30 PM until July 20, commemorating the 20th anniversary of the Museo Nazionale del Cinema and Film Commission Torino Piemonte. As part of a live national broadcast on Rai Premium for the San Giovanni celebration, the event showcased 200 drones collaborating with the Zebra dance company, led by choreographer Silvia Gribaudi. The presentation highlighted animated portraits of icons such as Sophia Loren and paid homage to Federico Fellini, concluding with memorable movie kisses and a dazzling fireworks display.
