MLB Home Gallery Opens Summer Outpost in Porto Cervo
Maria Livia Brunelli, the founder of MLB home gallery in Ferrara, initiated a summer project at her family residence in Porto Cervo, Sardinia, named "Contaminazioni di energie," running from July 7 to August 7, 2017, to commemorate the gallery's tenth anniversary. This project showcases four week-long exhibitions focused on themes of memory, embroidery, and contemporary art and photography, complemented by guided tours and exclusive dinners related to the artists' creations. Featured artists include Mustafa Sabbagh and Silvia Camporesi, among others. Attendees comprise Gabriella Rinaldi Barbini, gallerists Pierre Andrè Podbielski and Claudio Composti, economist Diego Mantoan, and curator Efisio Carbone. Brunelli also intends to host an embroidery-themed exhibition at Fondazione Bevilacqua La Masa in Venice, along with future endeavors in Ferrara regarding Pellegrino Prisciani.
