Miu Miu Literary Club Returns to Milan Design Week 2026 with 'Politics of Desire'
The Miu Miu Literary Club's fourth event is set for April 22 to 24, 2026, at Milan's Circolo Filologico Milanese during the Milan Design Week. This year’s focus is 'Politics of Desire,' featuring discussions, lectures, and a space for public readings. Works by Annie Ernaux and Ama Ata Aidoo will be showcased, with Lou Stoppard and Nadia Beard leading the discussions. Key speakers include Megan Nolan, Lea Melandri, Annabelle Hirsch, and others. Two significant lectures will be presented: Olga Gorinunova will explore 'Desire After AI,' while Katherine Angel will discuss consent in the post-#MeToo context. Launched in 2024, the club has previously explored themes like women's writing and education.
