Mitti Studio's Flintstone6: A Reclaimed-Material Farmhouse Recedes into a Tamil Nadu Mango Grove

Mitti Studio has completed Flintstone6, a two-bedroom farmhouse in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu, India. Set within a mango grove, the dwelling is constructed using reclaimed materials and Debris Wall Construction. The design intentionally avoids visual prominence, aiming to blend seamlessly into its agricultural landscape. Rather than standing out, the structure is meant to disappear into the surrounding trees, embodying a low-impact approach to rural architecture. The project highlights the use of sustainable building techniques and locally sourced waste materials in contemporary Indian design.
