Milan's art scene expands with new temporary and permanent spaces during miart and Design Week

In April 2017, Milan buzzed with art and design as numerous new venues launched. Studio La Città made its return for a second temporary exhibit at Doubletrouble95, showcasing Herbert Hamak's pieces from March 31 to April 22. Francesco Pantaleone relocated to Porta Romana, debuting with Liliana Moro's solo exhibition 'Ouverture' (running until June 30). The Time Shrine Foundation, established by Anne de Carbuccia, opened a new location in Lambrate featuring 'One-One Planet, One Future' (starting March 31). The Albergo Diurno 'Venezia' was revitalized for Flavio Favelli's installation 'Senso 80' (available until May 14), organized by FAI. Additionally, Spazio Krizia resumed operations with a design installation by Formafantasma and announced two exhibitions for the 57th Venice Biennale, curated by Chiara Bertola.
