Milan Design Week 2026 Highlights Major Exhibitions from Ai Weiwei, Gucci, and Baccarat

From April 20 to 26, 2026, Milan Design Week will showcase immersive exhibitions throughout the city, alongside the expanding FuoriSalone events. At Rubelli's store, Ai Weiwei will unveil a silk installation featuring surveillance cameras and chains. Gucci will launch Gucci Memoria, curated by Demna, at Chiostri di San Simpliciano, highlighting the brand's 105-year legacy. Baccarat will return to Via Marco Formentini 10 with Crystal Crypt, showcasing new designs by Emmanuelle Luciani. The Traces exhibition by Range Rover will unveil bespoke processes, including the Pearl of Tay car. Additionally, Sophie Ashby's Sister collection will be introduced at Alcova, while La Double J will enhance its boutique with Size Matters and a wellness initiative. Casa La Marzocco will display coffee machines, and Rosewood Hotels will present Objects That Speak. Prototype Island will be featured by the DesignSingapore Council at Foro Buonaparte 54.
