Milan Art Week 2019: New Galleries and Cultural Spaces Open Across the City

Milan's Art Week, taking place from April 5 to April 7, 2019, aligns with the miart fair and the launch of new cultural spaces. ICA Milano, under the direction of Alberto Salvadori, opens in a refurbished distillery, featuring Hans Josephsohn's exhibitions and a documentary on Galleria dell'Ariete, running until June 2. Germi, a cultural incubator and bookstore in Navigli, is established by Rodrigo D'Erasmo, Manuel Agnelli, Francesca Risi, and Gianluca Segale. On April 3, Fonderia Artistica Battaglia unveils Rochelle Goldberg's Intralocutors alongside Yves Scherer's sculpture. Scaramouche Loves Aline debuts on April 5 with Nuvolo, while Galera San Soda features Goswin Schwendinger's TAKE ME TO YOUR LEADER until May 1. Podbielski Contemporary exhibits Massimiliano Gatti's Levante until May 17, and Galleria A'NICA opens with Eltjon Valle's Complexity.
