Michele Pascarella hosts Pina Bausch and Merce Cunningham dance talk at home in Forlì
Critic and scholar Michele Pascarella continues his monthly series 'A casa di Michele. Tisane, arti, culture' with a third appointment dedicated to the complementary poles of 20th-century dance: Pina Bausch's embodied emotion and Merce Cunningham's rigorous abstraction. The event takes place at his home in Forlì on an unspecified April date at 16:30. Pascarella launched the project in February with 'OPERE APERTISSIME', exploring participatory art from Marcel Duchamp to Erwin Wurm. In March, he focused on Elsa Morante, linked to Teatro Nucleo's upcoming show 'Elsa Morante. Un canto per gli ultimi' (2025–2026), for which he served as dramaturg. Future plans include a Futurist dinner in Faenza on May 16 and a Dadaist walk in June. The initiative aims to share knowledge, foster community, and raise funds for charity, inspired by Gandhi's advice to 'be the change you want to see.'
