Michele Cristella brings contemporary art to his trucking company offices

Michele Cristella, a 30-year-old entrepreneur from Piacenza with a degree in contemporary art history, has installed 30 works from his private collection at Coil, his family's fuel and trucking company. The collection, curated by the duo Treti Galaxie (Matteo Mottin and Ramona Ponzini), is designed to engage employees, buyers, and partners. Cristella's collecting focuses on digital and interconnected art, later expanding to circular and spherical forms referencing wheels, tanks, and the Coil brand. The installation uses a game-book logic: each artwork is accompanied by a textual suggestion that prompts viewers to find related pieces across the offices. Artists include Milton Manetas, Irene Fenara, Luca Pozzi, Wolfgang Matuschek, Valerio Nicolai, Noah Barker, and Ettore Favini. The project aims to bridge the gap between contemporary art and non-specialist audiences.
