Michelangelo Consani's Personal Collection at Md'I – Museo d'Inverno in Siena
Francesco Carone and Eugenia Vanni have chosen Michelangelo Consani (born in Livorno, 1971) to kick off the new season at Md'I – Museo d'Inverno in Siena, situated above the 14th-century Fonte Nuova. Consani showcases fifteen pieces from his collection that embody a social and political ethos. The exhibition begins with the 'room of absence,' highlighting his connection with Emilio Prini. In the 'room of presence,' works by Emanuele Becheri, Daniele Bacci, Cildo Meireles, and others underscore the call for revolution.
