Vienna artist Michael Gumhold showcased a new slideshow and distributed his latest booklet during the sixth installment of ArtReview Live bar nights as part of his ongoing project, Rehearsal Rooms. The night featured a curated heavy metal playlist from the early 1980s NWOBMH era, thoughtfully arranged by Helen Sumpter at Gumhold’s request. Iconic tracks like Motorhead's 'Ace of Spades' and Judas Priest's 'Breaking the Law' were highlights. Absolut provided themed cocktails for attendees, including Absolut Vanilla with Apple Juice and Gomme, plus a Mango, Orange Juice, and Yoghurt drink with Runny Honey. Gumhold's deep connection to rock music was evident throughout this engaging blend of art, music, and unique drinks.
