opinion-review · 2026-04-20

Michael Fullerton's artwork is currently on display at the Carl Freedman Gallery, and you can buy his screenprint, Trade-Mark, at Glasgow Print Studio for £540. On June 11, Luc Tuymans will have his lithograph, Der Diagnostische Blick V (The Diagnostic View V), featured in Phillips's Edition Sale, with a price estimate of £1,500 to £2,000. George Shaw's incredibly lifelike representations of Midlands suburbia are on view at the Wilkinson Gallery on Vyner Street, with his lithograph, Fuck You Fuck Me Tree, available for £500 through Hole Editions. The book Go Figure!, edited by Peter Benson Miller and Robert Storr, includes contributions from Chuck Close and Achille Bonito Oliva, examining Philip Guston's shift to figurative art in 1970. Adrian Searle's 2004 Guardian review of Guston's work contained a memorable haiku-like phrase, and this online edition was published on June 4, 2015.
